From Argentina to Aotearoa The Beginning Sweetargentos was born in a quiet Christchurch kitchen during the 2020 lockdown. Missing the flavours of my homeland, I started baking Alfajores to share a little joy with my neighbours. What began as a cure for homesickness quickly blossomed into a mission to bring the authentic taste of Argentina to the South Island. The Heritage Every recipe carries the soul of Santiago del Estero. We grew up with the aroma of Grandma’s baking filling the air—a memory we honour today by using the legendary Vacalin dulce de leche. Please check if your address is within our delivery area during checkout. If not, please reach out to us How long does it take for my order to be ready? We aim to have orders ready for local pickup/delivery and shipping as quickly as possible.
