What started as a cure for homesickness quickly blossomed into a mission: to bring the authentic soul of Argentina to the South Island. From Santiago del Estero with Love Every recipe I bake carries the spirit of my hometown, Santiago del Estero. I grew up with the warm aroma of my Grandma’s baking filling the air—a memory I honour today by refusing to take shortcuts.
