1. Order Acceptance & Fulfillment

  • All orders are subject to availability.

  • We aim to fulfil standard orders within 1-2 business days and catering/wholesale orders within 3-5 business days, depending on quantity.

  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding New Zealand public holidays.

  • For urgent orders, please contact us directly.

2. Collection, Delivery & Shipping

  • Local Collection: Orders can be collected by appointment ONLY from our CBD Collection Point at 237 Armagh St. Our standard pick-up hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, and Saturday, 12pm to 1pm. If you require a different time, please contact us.

  • Local Delivery: Local delivery service within a 5km radius of Christchurch Central is available. Please verify your address is within our local delivery range during checkout. Deliveries are done from Monday to Friday between 5:30 and 7:30 pm.

  • New Zealand: We offer nationwide shipping via NZ Post. Their delivery times are estimates and may vary. We aim for next business day delivery with NZ Post overnight service.

  • International Shipping: We ship internationally to Australia, the UK, and the USA using NZ Post.

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on delivery address and parcel weight.

3. Refunds 

  • Please inspect your order upon arrival. For incorrect items, contact us immediately at orders@sweetargentos.co.nz with photo evidence and proof of purchase for a refund.

  • Due to perishability, we don't accept returns or offer refunds for taste preferences.

  • Contact us at orders@sweetargentos.co.nz within 3 days of receiving your order for refund requests.

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days (allow extra time for your bank).  Contact us if you haven't received your approved refund within 7 business days.

  • As a provider of perishable goods, we cannot accept returns for taste preferences.

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at orders@sweetargentos.co.nz with photo evidence and proof of purchase. While we carefully package and ship via NZ Post, shipping times and handling are outside our control.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days, though bank processing may take longer.

  • If your approved refund is not received within 7 business days, please contact us.

4. Product Information

  • We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and allergen information.

  • Images are for illustrative purposes and may vary slightly from the actual product.

  • We reserve the right to change product information and pricing without notice.

5. Allergies & Dietary Requirements

  • Please review product descriptions for allergen information.

  • For custom orders, inform us of dietary requirements or allergies at the time of order.

  • While we take precautions very seriously, we cannot guarantee 100% allergen-free products.

We are not liable for delays or failures due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters or postal strikes.
