To maintain the perfect texture and that signature "shine," store your gift box in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Pro Tip: Our treats stay delicious for up to one month! For the first week, keep them at room temperature for that perfect "melt-in-your-mouth" texture. After that, move them to the refrigerator for the remaining 3 weeks to lock in the freshness. Just remember: Always enjoy your Alfajores at room temperature to allow the rich flavours to fully wake up!

We make every batch to order. Please refer to the date on your packaging for the optimal enjoyment window.

• Arrival & Care

We want your experience to be perfect. Please inspect your treats as soon as they arrive. In the unlikely event of an incorrect order, please contact us at orders@sweetargentos.co.nz within 3 days with a photo of the box and your proof of purchase. We’ll make it right!

• The Nature of the Craft

Because our Alfajores are handcrafted and perishable, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds based on personal taste preferences.

• Shipping Note

We take immense pride in our packaging to ensure a safe journey via NZ Post. While we can’t control the postie’s speed or handling once it leaves our kitchen, we are always here to help you track down a package.

• Refund Process

Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days. If you’ve been approved but haven't seen the "sweet" return in your bank account after 7 days, just give us a shout!
 

Quality You Can Taste
We use a curated selection of premium chocolates and nuts to craft this diverse collection. Because this box offers a variety of hand-finished toppings, please be aware of the following:

• Tree Nuts: Contains Almonds and Walnuts (used as signature decorations).

• Dairy: Contains premium butter, white chocolate, and our signature Dulce de Leche (milk caramel).

• Gluten: Contains high-quality plain flour.

• Soy: Contains soybeans (present in our dark and white chocolate).

A Note on Our Craft: The nuts in this collection are used exclusively for decoration and are not an ingredient within our signature dough. Each box contains a curated mix of Dark and White chocolate-dipped Alfajores, finished with chocolate lines or premium nuts.

Important Safety Note
While we take the utmost care with every handcrafted batch, our ingredients are sourced from suppliers where the following may be present: Peanuts, sesame seeds, and other tree nuts.
