We put a lot of care into crafting and packaging our treats so they arrive in perfect condition. While we ship nationwide via NZ Post and rarely have problems, shipping times and handling are, unfortunately, beyond our direct control.

Because our treats are perishable, we can't accept returns. We also don't offer refunds for taste preferences.

We'll review your request, and if approved, you'll typically see the refund in your account within 5 business days (though it can sometimes take a little longer depending on your bank).
