  • The Dimension: Handcrafted in our signature 4cm "Boutique" size. We have curated this specific size to ensure the perfect structural balance and that legendary "melt-in-your-mouth" experience.
     

  • The Core: A generous, architectural centre of authentic 'Vacalin' Dulce de Leche (the gold standard of Argentina) or our rich Peanut Butter.
     

  • The Texture: Each unit is meticulously hand-rolled in a "snowy" blanket of fine shredded coconut, adding a subtle tropical finish to the creamy centre.
     

  • The Finishing: Choose your preferred aesthetic for this classic treat. The Signature:  Hand-rolled in fine shredded coconut and finished with a delicate dusting of icing sugar for the traditional look. The Naked-Top: Hand-rolled in fine shredded coconut only, offering a clean, natural finish for those who prefer a less sweet profile.

    Each "Maicena" Alfajor is handcrafted to approximately 32g Boutique size —a lighter, elegant portion designed to melt away, honouring the traditional "Cloud-like" texture.

    • Preserving the Cloud

    To maintain that signature powdery crumble, store your treats in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Because these are rolled in fine coconut, keeping them away from humidity is key to keeping them perfect.

    Pro Tip: These traditional treats stay delicious for up to one month! For the first week, keep them at room temperature to experience that signature "melt-in-your-mouth" sensation. After that, move them to the refrigerator for the remaining 3 weeks to lock in the freshness.
