- Preserving the Cloud
To maintain that signature powdery crumble, store your treats in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Because these are rolled in fine coconut, keeping them away from humidity is key to keeping them perfect.
Pro Tip: These traditional treats stay delicious for up to one month! For the first week, keep them at room temperature to experience that signature "melt-in-your-mouth" sensation. After that, move them to the refrigerator for the remaining 3 weeks to lock in the freshness.
