Terms of Use

By accessing the Sweetargentos website, www.sweetargentos.co.nz, (the website) you agree that the following terms and conditions, and privacy policy, apply to your use of the website. We may change or update the content of the website, including these terms and conditions applicable to the website, at any time without prior notice. These terms and conditions were last updated on 4th October 2021.


Privacy Policy

We take your privacy pretty seriously. SweetArgentos does not pass on, sell, rent, or otherwise your personal information to third parties, which may include your email address or contact information.

Use of the Sweetargentos Website

You are granted a non-exclusive license to access the website and the information it contains. By accessing the website, you agree not to use the website for any commercial or competitive advantage; any illegal, defamatory or objectionable purpose; or any purpose which brings or could bring our reputation into disrepute. You also agree not to decompile, reverse engineer or try to decompile or reverse engineer any part of the website, including the secure sites. Anyone found breaching the user rights will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

Payment Terms

All prices are in NZ dollars and all orders must be paid in full via the website or bank transfer prior to production commencing. Payment can be made by Debit or Credit cards via Stripe or through Paypal. Your credit card information is secure during transmission by using the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol, which encrypts your information when transmitted over the Internet. 


The information, images, pictures, recipes ingredients, packaging, and logos on the website and the general content of the website are our property and we hold copyright in them. The information may not be copied or reused (other than as expressly intended by this website) without our prior written consent. In particular, in no circumstances should the Sweetargentos brand or our logo be used without the written consent of the respective owner. 

You may not without our prior written permission, in any form or by any means:

  1. Adapt, reproduce, copy, store, distribute, print, display, perform, publish or create derivative works from any part of this website; or

  2. Commercialise, copy, or on-sell any information, or items obtained from any part of this website.

Baking Time

Our confections are hand-made and baked to order in small batches. We need 1-2 days' notice depending on the quantity to ensure fresh and high-quality confections. Please enquiry for Catering and special orders. Thank you for your understanding :)


Once the details of your order are finalized, we will email you a quote confirmation for your review and approval. Once the order is confirmed please refer to the payment terms for you to send your bank transfer accordingly. We require at least 7 days advance notice for confirmed orders. A 55% deposit of the total of the order must be transferred to secure you a baking slot and the 45% remaining must be transferred the day before the collection/delivery date. The delivery cost is $7. All orders must be paid in full before pickup/delivery. For catering orders, we only accept bank transfers.  The confections are individually wrapped in greaseproof plant-based wax bake cups and packed in 35x35x35 cm catering boxes. 

Shipping locally and within NZ

You can place your order online any day of the week 24/7 and choose to pick it up or delivered it locally. Shipping within NZ through the New Zealand Post service is available (North and South Islands) and we only deliver to physical addresses within New Zealand. Parcels are shipped using "signature not required", the reason why your package will be left at your front door. We are sorry, deliveries cannot be serviced to PO Box addresses. SweetArgentos puts a lot of effort, passion and care into manufacturing our products to reach our clients in the same perfect way they leave our premises. While we send our orders through a 3rd. party, in this case using the NZ Post delivery services without any issues, we want our clients to know it will be out of our control in the event that there may be delays,  missing or damaged parcels. The reason why we will provide the best options for you to decide how we can honour your order and also maintain you as a client since is the core purpose of how we do business: feeling the same joy with every client's satisfaction.

Local and within NZ Shipping Costs*

. Local Overnight Next Business Day Delivery Non-Signature: $7 up to 3kg parcel from Monday to Friday.

. Canterbury Overnight Next Business Day Delivery Non-Signature: Approx. $20 up to 3kg parcel from Monday to Friday. Please enquiry to confirm the cost BEFORE placing your order.

Within NZ Overnight Next Business Day Delivery Non-Signature: From Monday to Friday, please enquiry to confirm the total cost.

* Includes shipping, handling & thermal packaging (suggested during summer months). 


Dispatch Times

Orders are dispatched during operational hours from Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays. We apologise, delivery services are not available on Saturday. The progress of your order can be tracked as soon as it has been dispatched. A tracking number will be emailed for you to do so.


Delivery Times

Our orders are dispatched through the New Zealand Post Overnight Next Business day delivery from Christchurch, and the delivery times can be impacted due to statutory holidays or COVID-19 restrictions.

Damage or Lost Goods

SweetArgentos always aims for its products to arrive at you in the same excellent condition as they leave our facility, the reason why we pack them carefully to protect for any damage to occur during transit. However, we do not accept any liability for damage to our confections once they leave our facility. We are sorry but do not accept any returns of your purchased confections, nor accept any full refund or credit for your purchase. If your order does not meet your expected timeframe, please use the tracking number provided to check its status. If your order in transit may be lost, please do not hesitate to contact us for assistance.

Changes to Pricing and Products

Prices are subject to change without notice and SweetArgentos reserves the right at its sole discretion to change ingredients, packaging, or included information. All our orders are subject to availability.

Marketing Campaigns

All feedbacks, reviews, Google reviews, and compliments shared voluntarily from our customers may be used as part of our marketing campaigns through our different social media platforms and paper. Customer's names will remain anonymous and only name initials will be provided with the exception of Google reviews which are already public.
